First, check for bedbugs before worrying that you have them. Before proceeding, confirm that the insect is a bed bug, as many look alike. Rusty or reddish stains on bedsheets or mattresses can result from crushed bedbugs, while dark spots may appear on the mattress. Additionally, you might find tiny (about 1 mm) pale yellow eggs and eggshells that nymphs shed as they grow larger, or even live bedbugs.
Make Sure You Have Bedbugs
You can take a closer look, or the other option is to Google the pictures of bedbugs. Please compare both and confirm the presence of bedbugs. Once you’re confident, you can take the necessary steps to eradicate bedbugs.
Stay Calm
Bed bugs are dangerous, but that doesn’t mean you should start throwing everything out wherever you find them in your bed or on the wooden furniture. Throwing your expensive items is not the solution. A solution is to get rid of them so that you may live your life again peacefully. Fighting with bedbugs may be challenging, but removing them is possible. So, stay calm and plan out how to eliminate them.
Pest Control Spray
Spraying everything seems easy, but it may not be the only or best option. However, if you find no other solution, you can call a pest control team to apply powerful pesticides. Before doing it yourself, carefully read the label, the instructions, the amount to use, and the necessary precautions.
Reduce Hideouts
Reducing clutter will decrease the number of hiding places for bugs and insects, as they possess many safe places to hide in your house, and that’s why it becomes harder to fight against them. Another way to get rid of these insects is to keep up regular cleaning. Wash your clothing, bedsheets, blankets, and duvet if you suspect your home is infested by them. They won’t feel safe, and it will be easier for you to spray them to death.
Keep The Place Clean And Dry
Dusty and humid places are the favorite spots for these insects. I advise you to keep your bedsheets clean and dry. Sofas, rugs, and cushions should be vacuumed regularly to prevent pests from finding them as suitable hiding places. You can put your wooden furniture outside of the home during the sunlight. With the help of heat, they have to leave their favorite hidden place.
Set The Right Temperature For The Refrigerator
Cold temperatures can kill bed bugs, but your refrigerators may not be severe enough to eliminate them. Therefore, you must monitor the bedbugs’ activities closely. Search on Google for the temperature that is most effective in killing bedbugs. Once you have the idea, set your refrigerator’s temperature below that so that your food and other stuff may remain safe and cool in your refrigerator.
Increase The Heat
Bed bugs are unable to survive at 43°C or above. So if you increase the room temperature up to 45°C for a certain time, then you can get rid of bed bugs in just a few minutes.
Don’t Spread Bedbugs
If you have anything that has bedbugs, then don’t throw it out or dispose of it; that is not a solution, nor is selling these items to others. If you throw that item out of your home and it could harm someone who picks it up for personal use, there is a chance that bedbugs will spread, continuing the cycle of infestation. The best way is to use a nontoxic spray to control their spread. The spray might not disappear but will decrease the number of bedbugs in your home.

Last time I found bed bugs on my bed after that i was afraid to go there, we just followed the same procedure at that time and that helped me a lot, just an easy process but really helpful.
