One advantage of these outdoor saunas over indoor ones is that you have no space limitations. Saunas have a lot of therapeutic and health benefits that you might find very helpful. One of the primary purposes of saunas is to detoxify your body from harmful toxins, giving you a more relaxed and healthier body after a great sauna session. Infrared saunas are proven more effective in this department than traditional steam saunas. Infrared saunas can detoxify your body more since they can rapidly increase your body’s core temperature quickly while still having a lower overall temperature inside the room.

Come In Stressed, Come Out Healthier And More Relaxed

Infrared saunas can be very effective stress relievers since they help balance cortisol, a hormone in your body responsible for giving you stress. The heat generated from the sauna also helps relax tense muscles, giving you a more holistic relaxation session, fewer toxins in the body, less stress, and relaxed muscles, which is not a wrong way to end the day.

Get Rid Of That Annoying Pain

Since you are sweating, the heat generated by the sauna increases your body’s internal core temperature. This leads to an increased heart rate, the same as when you are doing an intense workout, and ultimately leads to weight loss without you even having to do anything but sit and relax.

Overall, infrared saunas can offer many health benefits. You only need to choose what works best for you and whether it can fit inside your house. Whether you choose an indoor or outdoor infrared sauna, you are sure to have easy access to relaxation and a healthier lifestyle.

  1. Thank you for your article, it’s really nice. But finally we choosing between two different saunas for our big family and finally stopped 4-Person Corner Golden Infrared Sauna from InfraredSaunaGuru for two specific reasons: first of all it came cheaper than from the other distributor, and secondly – it is better than we expected. A must have in any home – that is what we think!

  2. I live in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa, and try to buy a garden sauna. send inquiries to all major Sauna builders and distributors ( about 7 – but typical African ignorance and incompetence – NOT a single one even bothered to reply )
Well, that’s how business goes here. Does Can anyone tell me where I can buy one or have one built? I like a traditional one with the oven, not Infrared.

    Kind regards
